Massage therapy

Allison was born and raised along the California Central Coast and found her way to massage therapy following a career in the arts and education. In 2018, life shifts prompted a personal healing journey which inspired her to study bodywork and the healing arts. In 2021, she graduated from the Diamond Light School of Massage where she received training in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Massage, Myofascial Release, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Energetic Healing. Through her training and practice in the Bay Area and along the Mendocino Coast, Allison developed her own blend of techniques intended to bring deep relaxation and lasting wellbeing to her clients. She uses fluid strokes with a strong, therapeutic touch to ease tension, help release old holding patterns and support each body’s own intrinsic ability to heal. Allison’s nurturing and intuitive massage will leave you feeling renewed and peaceful. Check out her calendar to book a session.

I aim to illuminate aspects of our humanity with which we’re unaware of or have lost touch with; giving voice to unsung heroes and untold histories. Art becomes simply a vehicle for putting forth information, raising awareness and encouraging positive action. I value community-engaged creative practices, and focus on raising awareness around social and environmental issues I see as critical.”
